Event order or Platinum?
Both use the same encoder entry, the same player and the same cities. Choose by how often your big nights come round.
An event order
In the event builder you pick the days, the hours, the audience (100, 500, 1,000, 5,000, 10,000, 50,000 viewers) and the picture quality, and you see the total before you pay. Your channel is created on the CDN automatically when the payment clears.
Platinum, with event mode
10 channels, 25,000 viewers per channel and 500 TB a month for $499, so the big nights need no order of their own and the quiet weeks still carry your regular shows.

What is the biggest audience you can carry?
The event builder goes up to 50,000 viewers at once, and Platinum carries 25,000 per channel every month. For an audience larger than that, talk to us in the chat.
When will my event channel be ready?
As soon as the payment clears it is created on the CDN, and the encoder settings appear in your dashboard and your welcome email. Book a few days early so there is time for a rehearsal.
How much does an event cost?
The price follows the days, hours, audience and quality you choose, and the event builder shows the total before checkout. If big events are a monthly habit, Platinum at $499 usually costs less.
Can the event go to YouTube too?
Yes. Add YouTube, Facebook, Twitch or any RTMP address as a restream target, up to 5 at once.
Is a one-off event really on the CDN?
Yes, always. Every event order is set up on the CDN, with viewers served from the nearest city and the encoder taken in at the nearest one.
