About the library.
Can I host videos on the free plan?
No. The free plan is for live streaming only. A library comes with Starter: 50 GB of room for $29 a month, or $19 a month when you pay for the year.
Do you convert my files?
We do not. Converting would cost quality and hide problems in a file. Export to the sheet above and what you watched in your editor is what your audience sees.
How much can I store?
50 GB on Starter, 200 GB on Pro and 2 TB on Platinum, with any single file up to 100 GB.
Does on-demand video use the CDN?
Yes. Each file plays from the nearest of our 5 cities, and its transfer shares the monthly allowance with your live channels.
Can I embed videos on my own site?
Yes. Every file has its own player and embed code to place wherever you like, and Pro and Platinum players carry no Primcast name.
